Manhattan Restorations was contacted by representatives of Pollin Properties, LLC in consideration of Mrs. Irene Pollin’s furnishings here in During our initial consultation we were told all restoration and conservation work had to be done at the home and every piece in the entire estate had to be addressed. Manhattan Restorations worked out a schedule of one to two days per week at the household. Throughout the Fall of 2014 into the Summer of 2015, Manhattan Restorations diligently worked on 91 pieces of furniture and 56 framed paintings and mirrors. The three car garage was converted into a work shop with three work benches so at least two employees could work at the job site many of the days.
